If I switch plans will anything change for my members?No, if you switch to a current plan from an older legacy plan nothing will change from your member's perspective. You will not need to adjust any login, account, sign up links, or install code on your website.
Can I switch back to my old legacy plan later if I want?Sorry but after you switch to a current MemberSpace plan you won't be able to switch back to an older legacy plan.
Can I change or cancel my plan whenever I want?Yes, you can upgrade/downgrade between the current plans above whenever you want (regardless of your revenue) and we'll automatically handle the prorated charge or credit. You can also cancel your plan whenever you want.
Can I connect MemberSpace to multiple websites?Yes, you can connect up to 2 websites on our Starting plan, up to 3 on our Growing plan, and up to 4 on our Advanced plan. If you need more than 4 connected websites please email email@example.com to chat about custom Organization pricing.
How does the transaction fee work?We automatically collect a transaction fee from each of your member charges. This is on top of Stripe's fee. As you process more revenue through MemberSpace, your transaction fee drops when you upgrade your plan. To help you offset these fees, we'll automatically recover any failed member payments and abandoned signups for you.
Can I white-label MemberSpace?Yes, as part of our Advanced Plan you can white-label any MemberSpace login/signup links and member emails we send with your own domain.
