This 2-Step Flywheel Never Fails at Driving More Members

Someone actually did a study on what each of your social media followers is worth to your business.

That’s the value ladder.

So the question becomes, how do you build a repeatable process that moves people up that ladder?
 
Here’s the 2-step flywheel I recommend:

Step 1: Followers → Free Members


Start by delivering the promise of results, not a pitch.

Offer something free and valuable:
  • A checklist
  • A template
  • A short video lesson
  • A swipe file
Don’t sell it. Just say:

“I made this to help, it’s free inside my member area.”

When someone signs up, they become a free member and you get their email, which makes them part of your owned audience (and far more valuable than a follower).

Now they’re not just watching… they’re inside.

Step 2: Free Members → Paid Members

Inside the free plan, blur out your best stuff: premium templates, deeper trainings, live access, community, etc.

Let them see what’s possible if they upgrade.

And when they do?

Track their wins.

“One of my paid members used the launch planner to hit $1K in 3 weeks.”

That result becomes your next promise in Step 1, and the whole cycle starts again.

This is how you build momentum.

No pressure. No pitching. Just proof → access → results → repeat.
