Yes. If you have Stripe customer IDs for your members, MemberSpace can sync their payment details so they don’t need to add billing info again.
You can preserve members’ existing billing schedules by including their current billing dates in the import sheet, or you can initiate new billing cycles beginning on the date their membership is activated.
MemberSpace support sends you a spreadsheet to fill in with your members’ names, emails, and the plans you want them on, and then you send it back for import. We can also include custom profile fields to ensure any additional member data is preserved during the migration.
Yes. After the import, each member gets an invite email and will be asked to create a password to join their plan.
You must be on a paid MemberSpace plan before members can be migrated. Migration is not available during the free trial.
