Community Guidelines & Posting Terms

Last updated: February 10, 2026

These Community Guidelines & Posting Terms (“Community Terms”) apply when you use MemberSpace’s community features, including posting, commenting, and any other interactive tools we provide. By using these features, you agree to these Community Terms in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

Community features are only available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using these features, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18.

Your Content and Rights

  • You retain ownership of the content you post or comment.
  • By posting or commenting, you grant MemberSpace and the applicable community administrator(s) a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely to operate and improve the service.
  • This license ends when you remove your content, except that reasonable backups, audit logs, or retained copies for legal or safety purposes may persist for a limited period.

Visibility

  • Posts and comments are visible to other members of your community.
  • Other members may copy, share, or redistribute your content. MemberSpace cannot control what others do with content once it has been shared.
  • Do not post anything you would not want visible to other members.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not post, share, or engage in:

  • Harassment, bullying, or threats of violence.
  • Hate speech or discriminatory remarks.
  • Defamatory, obscene, or pornographic content.
  • Copyrighted or trademarked material without authorization.
  • Spam, phishing, malware, or fraudulent activity.
  • Attempts to bypass payment requirements or violate others’ privacy.
  • Any illegal activity.

Compliance with Local Laws

In addition to the prohibitions above, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of community features complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. Posting illegal content is strictly prohibited. We may remove content or suspend accounts if we believe it violates applicable law, and we may disclose information to regulators or law enforcement if legally required.

Moderation

  • MemberSpace may remove any content or suspend/terminate accounts at our sole discretion.
  • Community administrators (the site owner and any invited site admins) may remove or moderate posts and comments within their own communities.
  • We are not obligated to monitor all content but may review reported or flagged content.

Reporting

  • Any member may use the built-in “Report” feature to flag content.
  • The community administrator will review reports and may take appropriate action, including content removal or account suspension.
  • MemberSpace may, but is not required to, offer an appeals process.

Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

If you believe your work has been copied or used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please follow our DMCA Policy for filing a notice.

  • MemberSpace will respond to valid DMCA notices and counter-notices.
  • Accounts of repeat infringers may be terminated in appropriate circumstances.

Termination

Violation of these Community Terms may result in removal of content, suspension, or termination of your account, without refund. MemberSpace may also preserve and disclose content as required by law or legal process.

Changes

We may update these Community Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of community features after changes means you accept the updated terms.
