Re-sending a member invite email
When you migrate existing members from another platform to MemberSpace via our import process, their membership status is “imported” until they accept the invitation and create a password. You now have the option to re-send the invite email to any member with the “imported” status.
Simplified onboarding
We’ve simplified onboarding to help new sites get set up (and earning revenue!) more quickly. Now, when you connect a new site to a new or existing MemberSpace account, you’ll see just three simple steps to get started. Here’s a video overview of the new onboarding flow.
