Improve conversion rates with faster checkout
On MemberSpace payment forms, your customers are now given the option to autofill their payment info via Link, Stripe’s quick-pay checkout experience. This provides a faster checkout and can improve conversion rates!
NEW! Find Member action in Zapier
We’ve added a new action to our Zapier integration! You can now search for members by email within a Zap, increasing the ways you can use MemberSpace with other apps via Zapier.

Credits now show in member events
When a customer upgrades from one recurring payment plan to another or has a credit from a previous downgrade, we now display the credit amount in charge events within the member Events log (under “Members” > “View member details” in any MemberSpace account). This helps provide more clarity about why a customer was charged less than expected without the extra work of having to look through invoices.
[Wix sites only] Updated embed code
Due to an issue with Wix iframe code embeds, we created a more robust solution for embedding MemberSpace forms into pages of your Wix website. The functionality is unchanged, and your member experience will be identical to the previous iframe embeds.

There are several ways for members to sign up, log in, and access members-only content from a website using MemberSpace. Customize your member experience with our flexible member signup and login link options!
Recover abandoned signups
When a new customer creates an account but doesn’t complete their signup by joining one of your plans, we remind them through a website popup and a short email series. This abandoned signups feature has already helped our customers recover over $2 million in revenue!
Start a private Facebook community
In addition to our single sign-on integration with Circle, our customers can set up a community on other platforms like Facebook Groups (convenient for members who are already on Facebook!), or others.
