MemberSpace's commitment to you
MemberSpace’s primary data and servers are hosted at Amazon’s AWS data centers in the United States and we do not have any plans to add servers in the European Union.
All access to MemberSpace’s backend is secured over SSL (HTTPS), which ensures the information is encrypted.
We use Bcrypt and a per user salt to save user passwords in the form of a hash value. We use Cloudflare to protect against numerous types of potential attacks.
We also ensure all employees and contractors have read, understand, and signed our customer data NDA and Company Handbook documents. We have a DevOps team that monitors our network traffic and data sources for abnormal issues – they do various continual and periodic reviews.
Every year, we run an internal security audit which includes:
- Review of all personnel security access
- Review any security measure updates personnel need to know about
- Review of backup procedures for all stored media
- Review of all 3rd party subprocessors
As per GDPR’s Data Subject Rights, you can submit a request for us to amend your data, stop processing your data, or delete you data.
