Platform Requirements

Before installing Spacestack, please note and adhere to the platform requirements. Spacestack does not work on all platforms and may not work on older versions of WordPress.

Requirements:

  • WordPress 6.4.3 (Older version of WP may still work)
  • Hello WordPress Theme – Free Download
  • Elementor Pro (Free works, excluding header and footer)
  • Please note: Support not offered on free templates

Installation Steps

Once you verify that you meet the above platform requirements it’s time to install Spacestack.

Step 1: Unzip

  • Download and unzip files
  • Make sure you have 5 files (header, footer, home, blog landing, post)

 

Step 2: Install your header template

  • Go to WordPress Dashboard > Templates > Theme Builder > Header
  • Add New > Upload “header” file

 

Step 3: Install your footer template

  • WordPress Dashboard > Templates > Theme Builder > Footer
  • Add New > Upload “footer” file

 

Step 4: Install your home page template

  • WordPress Dashboard > Pages > Add New Page > Edit with Elementor
  • Import > Upload the “home” page file

 


Step 5: Install your blog landing page template

  • WordPress Dashboard > Pages > Add New Page > Edit with Elementor
  • Import > Upload the “blog-landing” page file

 

Step 6: Install your blog post template

  • WordPress Dashboard > Templates > Theme Builder > Single Post
  • Add New > Upload “post” file

 

Step 7: Add MemberSpace Plugin

  • Download and install for free
  • Protect member-only pages in your admin
  • Add signup link to your CTA buttons on the hompage and in the header

 

Step 8: Adjust Reading Settings

  • WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Reading
  • Adjust as shown below

 

Step 9: Adjust permalink settings

  • WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks
  • Adjust as shown below

 

Step 10: Customize and launch!

  • Adjust your Elementor and WordPress settings as you wish!
