Feature Updates #41

New pricing changes 🙂

So after listening to your feedback and conducting a pricing survey a few months ago we’ve decided to make a pricing change that should make most of you very happy! We now offer unlimited members on free membership plans. We will only count members on paid membership plans (minus any members on a trial). This change should significantly lower the total number of members we count for our pricing purposes. We have also introduced a plan for up to 25 paid members in order to better accommodate your budget as your business grows. Here is our new pricing: memberspace.com/signup.

PLEASE NOTE: You do not need to change to our new pricing if you don’t want to. You can stay on the exact pricing track you’re on now. Here is what our legacy pricing looks like. If you stay on the legacy pricing track, members on free plans and on trial still count as active members for the pricing.

If you want to change to our new pricing simply log into MemberSpace and click on Your Account and then click “Change Subscription”. If you decide to change to the new pricing, you won’t be able to get back on the legacy pricing track.

We’re thinking of this pricing change as an experiment and want to make sure it’s more in line with the value you’re receiving from MemberSpace. It’s certainly possible we make another pricing change in 3 to 6 months, but for now we’re going to try this out and see how the community reacts 🙂

Cancelation reason will now show failed billing attempts

If one of your members on a recurring subscription or multiple payment membership plan has enough failed payment attempts that their subscription is canceled, we will now let you know that in the “Reason given for cancelation” field in the automatic cancelation email you receive from MemberSpace.

Bug Fix – Disabled Welcome Emails

Now when you disable a specific Welcome Email or your default for all Welcome Emails, it will be properly displayed in your Member Emails section.
